   International information exchages on early childhood education, the tendency for international early childhood education, Montessori teaching practice and scientific research, the development of Montessori education, early childhood education in home,how to develop and administer a kindergarten, the prospects of early childhood education in China, training for kindergarten teachers.

3. Study between CMS operating centers :CMS headquarters make statement about the operating situation now and the goal for future. Besides the operating centres make statement about the problem and difficulties they encountered, then to reach an agreement about operation.
